Eating the pudding (TU Delft )

As you will no doubt be aware by now, one of my favourite themes in this weblog is the social impact of technology and the multidisciplinary scientific research it can often generate. I believe these themes to be so important because I am concerned about global sustainability in social, economic and technological terms. For example, I wonder whether the electric car might be in danger of stalling at the conceptual phase. How do we set about developing products and services that do not inflate the economy unnecessarily? Or on a much larger scale: what about technology and world peace?(.....)
