Foi anunciada a abertura de candidaturas a bolsas para a realização de doutoramentos e mestrados no Birmingham Institute of Art and Design:

"AHRC DOCTORAL AWARD IN DESIGN 2011/12

Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (BIAD) is a leading centre for research in the creative arts, architecture and design. We are delighted to announce that, as holders of an AHRC Block Grant Partnership Award, we are in a position to offer a range of Masters and Doctoral Studentships.

In Design we have one AHRC Doctoral Studentship available for an October 2011 start.

Doctoral awards provide support for a minimum of one year and up to three years of full-time study, or between two and five years of part-time study, leading to a doctoral degree. A full award includes tuition fees and a maintenance grant. The maintenance grant will meet the National Minimum Doctoral Stipend level set by the UK Research Councils.

We welcome applications and enquiries from well qualified candidates wishing to pursue projects which align with our areas of research strength.
